When Melissa Farrar and her husband decided to purchase a franchise, they did their homework and researched the market.  They discovered that there was a need for a home-cleaning service in their Tennessee community. What does it take to manage a successful Molly Maid franchise? According to someone who knows, "You must be a people person.  Much of what I do is building relationships with clients and employees. Additionally, we have many ties to our community and are very visible," said Melissa.
