Our Annex model costs from $320,000 to $420,000 (Suburban Model), and our Hub model ranges from $500,000 to $900,000 (Metro/big city model). These costs cover opening a franchise, including franchise fee, equipment, marketing materials, location setup, training, computer software and more. The range of investment is due primarily to the real estate chosen and cost of fitting out the facility. Although Kidville does not offer financing, we can refer you to third party lenders who may be able to help qualified candidates finance the investment. Franchise OptionsHub locations are approximately 8,000 square feet (5 to 6 classrooms), while Annex locations are approximately 3,500 square feet (2-3 classrooms). The only difference between the Hub and Annex model is the ability to offer additional classes to due to the high demographics of the area. Both models support all Kidville classes, a retail boutique and a salon. We can tailor our models to fit your needs and the needs of your community. |
